A crane rail pad is a rubber component inserted between the crane rails and the bottom steel structure. Its main function is to absorb shock and vibration when the crane wheels run upon. It can also reduce wear and corrosion between the rails and the steel sole plate or other steel structures. However, it still allows certain movement of the rails to better disperse the wheel loads of cranes.
Features:
- Reduce noise and vibration
- Improve load distribution
- Reduce rail wear
- Reduce fatigue wear
Product range: AGICO supplies both continuous rubber pads and discontinuous rubber pads to fit different crane rail installation requirements.
Product material: The crane rail pads are either an elastic pad or a steel-reinforced, resilient pad. The elastic pad provides abrasion resistance, compression resistance, oxidant resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistance, and oil resistance. High lateral stiffness and resistance to movement from below the rail are guaranteed by the steel-reinforced resilient pad.
Product surface: The surface is composed of rectangular ribs, which not only enable closer contact between the crane rail and the steel surface but also increase elasticity for the steel plate.
Product application: Any crane rails and all railroad tracks.

Key benefits of AGICO Crane rail pads

High-performance material: high-quality nitrile rubber
Nitrile rubber is widely used in engineering scenarios under high load and harsh environments due to its excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, and aging resistance.
It is particularly suitable for heavy-duty lifting equipment, rail systems, and can withstand repeated dynamic ballast and contact with a variety of hydraulic media.
Excellent mechanical properties to ensure long-term load bearing and buffering
It has excellent pressure-bearing capacity and structural strength, and can cope with repeated rolling and vibration shock.
It is extremely flexible and effectively prevents tearing or structural damage during use.
This allows the rubber pad to maintain structural integrity and good performance under high-frequency crane operation.
Excellent aging and durability
The hardness is stable, indicating that it can still maintain ideal elasticity and support strength under a thermal aging environment.
There is almost no permanent deformation under long-term compression, ensuring close contact with the track beam and excellent stability. The hardness is stable, indicating that it can still maintain ideal elasticity and support strength under a thermal aging environment.
Applicable to a wide range of temperatures (-25℃ to 100℃)
It can maintain performance without degradation in winter in cold areas or summer in high-temperature factories, and is suitable for use in different climate conditions around the world.
Avoid problems such as hardening, cracking, or reduced elasticity caused by temperature changes.
Good rebound performance, improves vibration reduction effect
It has good energy absorption and release capabilities, effectively alleviates the impact vibration generated by the operation of lifting equipment, extends the life of the track system, and reduces noise.

FAQ
Q1: Does the rubber pad support customized size and hardness?
A: Yes. We can customize according to the rail type (such as QU120, QU100, etc.), pad length, width, thickness, embedded hole position, and other parameters provided by the customer, and adjust the hardness range to meet different load and vibration reduction requirements.
Q2: What types of crane rails are your rubber pads compatible with?
A: Our rubber pads can be widely adapted to common crane rail models such as QU70, QU80, QU100, QU120, P43, etc., and support the use of different crane rail clips, such as welded and bolted crane rail clips.
Q3: Do rubber pads need to be replaced regularly? How long is the service life?
A: Under normal use conditions (no abnormal conditions such as chemical corrosion and heavy impact), the service life of rubber pads can usually reach more than 5 years. We recommend that you conduct routine inspections of the track system every year. If the pads are found to be aged, cracked, or severely compressed, they should be replaced in time.
Q4: Can you provide third-party test reports or quality certification?
A: Yes. We can provide physical performance test reports of products (such as tensile strength, compression set, hardness, etc.), and if necessary, we can provide third-party testing or factory certification documents, such as SGS and BV, according to customer requirements.
Q5: Can the product be exported? Are there supporting customs declaration documents?
A: Yes. We have rich export experience and support export packaging. The products are accompanied by English labels, material descriptions, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declaration documents, etc., and can be sent to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the United States.
Q6: How do rubber pads and crane rail clips cooperate?
A: The rubber pad is located between the bottom of the track and the steel plate, and plays a role in buffering and vibration reduction. It does not directly contact the crane rail clips. The crane rail clip is responsible for the lateral positioning of the track. We can provide pad sizes or suggestions that match the crane rail clip fixing system.
Q7: Is there a minimum order quantity requirement? Do you provide samples?
A: Conventional specifications are in stock and can support small batch orders. Customized specifications depend on quantity and process requirements. Sample testing is usually supported, and freight and fees are negotiable.
